Last updated: 28 February 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at www.navero.me and the Navero hiring platform (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Navero Ltd (Company Number: 16232090), a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 2 Frederick Street, Kings Cross, London WC1X 0ND, United Kingdom.
The Service is also operated through Navero Technology Ltd (Registered Number: 10893), a Private Company incorporated under the Companies Law, DIFC Law No. 5 of 2018, in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), with its registered address at IH-00-01-03-OF-05, Level 3, DIFC Innovation One, Dubai AI Campus. References to "Navero", "we", "us", or "our" include both entities as applicable.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or computer systems.
- Use the Service to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, spam, or promotional material.
- Introduce any viruses, malware, or other harmful code to the Service.
- Attempt to circumvent or interfere with any anti-cheating, security, or access control features of the platform.
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without our prior written consent.
4. Accounts and Registration
Certain features of the Service may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
5. Hiring Platform Services
Navero provides an AI-driven hiring platform that connects employers with candidates. By using our platform:
- Employers are responsible for the accuracy of job listings and for complying with all applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws.
- Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted, including CVs, assessment responses, and profile data.
- Navero does not guarantee employment outcomes for candidates or hiring results for employers. The platform facilitates the hiring process but does not make employment decisions.
6. Assessments and Anti-Cheating
Our platform includes skills assessments and anti-cheating measures designed to ensure fair evaluation. Candidates must complete assessments independently and honestly. Any attempt to cheat, use unauthorised assistance, or manipulate assessment results may lead to disqualification and account termination.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the Navero brand — are the exclusive property of Navero Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any content from the Service without our prior written permission.
8. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, including job listings, CVs, and assessment responses. By submitting content, you grant Navero a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, process, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Navero Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Navero, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Navero Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Where the Service is provided through Navero Technology Ltd, the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) — an independent jurisdiction under the Constitution of the United Arab Emirates with its own civil and commercial laws and courts — shall apply. The DIFC's laws and regulations are written in English and default to English law in the event of ambiguity. In such cases, any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.
